Account Deletion Policy for Rievax Mobile App

At Rievax, we respect your rights to privacy and data management. This policy outlines the procedures for deleting your account and associated data from the Rievax mobile app.

1. Account Deletion Request

  • Internal users can request account deletion by contacting Rievax’s support team through the app or by sending an email to support@rievax.com.

  • All account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

2. Data Removal

Upon account deletion:
  •  All personal data, including your name, contact details, and ticket history, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
  •  Data shared with third-party platforms like Jira, Freshdesk, and Microsoft Forms will be deleted as per our agreements with these providers.

 

Note: Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical or compliance purposes where legally required.

3. Limitations on Deletion

Certain data may not be deleted immediately due to:
  •  Legal Obligations: Retention requirements under applicable laws or regulations.
  •  Internal Records: Essential records for auditing, compliance, or operational purposes may be retained in secure storage for a limited time.

4. Impact of Account Deletion

Once your account is deleted:
  •  You will no longer be able to access the app or any submitted tickets.
  •  Any unresolved tickets or ongoing support cases will be terminated.
  •  Restoration of deleted accounts is not possible.
